By filling and submitting your online studio rental form, you acknowledge all disclaimers.

Terms & Conditions:

  1. Rental Client must maintain $500,000 liability insurance at their own expense and list The Berry as an additional insured.
  2. Rental Client will not hold The Berry accountable for lost, stolen or damaged property.
  3. Rental Client assumes risk and responsibility for injury, death, or bodily damage resulting from my actions or my clients actions and their guests actions.
  4. Rental Client assumes all risk and responsibility for any persons or items I bring into this property.
  5. Rental Client releases, indemnity and hold harmless The Berry and its agents from and against any and all actions or claims which may be made by me or on my behalf or by other parties for or in respect of or arising out of any injury, loss, damage, or death caused to me or my property whether by negligence, breach of contract or in any way whatsoever.

Fees and Payment:

  1. Payment information must be included at the time of booking. Your card will be charged on the day of your scheduled rental.

Cancellations:

  1. Cancellations up to 5 days prior to day of rental will not be charged. 
  2. Cancellations made within 3 business days will be charged the full rental amount.

Outside Noise:

  1. The Berry cannot control outside and environmental noise, and therefore makes no guarantee of a noiseless environment.

Conduct:

  1. Renter must leave studio clean, according to other standards outlined in the cleaning checklist below. Failure to do so will result in a cleaning fee of $250.

Cleaning Policy:

  1. All equipment (stands, extension cords, clamps, sand bags, etc.) must be placed back in the designated equipment nook. 
  2. All countertops and tables must be cleared of drinking bottles, cups, food, and other trash and should be wiped down and free of dust, debris and spills. 
  3. All floors must be swept clean and spills wiped. Cleaning supplies must be placed back and having up in the supply closet.

Private Party Rental:

  1. All private party rentals require an additional cleaning fee of $250 if food and beverage is served. 
  2. All rental furniture must be removed on the same day as the event.
